When connecting the column clamp to the upright, a specially designed safety pin is included to ensure the beam will not detach under external impact. The shelf plate is made of steel plate bent with a reinforced base, offering strong load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, easy replacement, and low maintenance costs.

Production Process:
Pillar: Specialized shelving pillar profile. Made from high-quality steel strips that undergo leveling, automatic rolling, punching, and then cutting to the specified height as per customer requirements.
P Beam: The cold-rolled P-shaped closed beam is a standard product specifically designed for shelving in the cold bending industry. After procurement, it is cut to customer dimensions, welded with dedicated column brackets for shelving connections, and then ground to form a semi-finished product.
Layered Plate: Made from high-quality cold-rolled steel (SPCC) through processes such as leveling, longitudinal shearing, bending, and welding with reinforcing ribs.
After the heavy-duty beam shelves' uprights and shelf plates are processed into semi-finished products, they undergo pickling and phosphating (shot blasting for rust removal and degreasing) before being ready for powder coating. Once completed, they are packaged and shipped.
